The grace and wisdom of my teachers, and the continued effort from students have inspired me to continue to walk my path as a practitioner. I offer deep gratitude and sincere appreciation for each and every one of them. Namaste.

The best thing I did for myself during my pregnancy was to take prenatal yoga classes with Julie. I had never taken a yoga class before taking prenatal yoga with Julie, I was very nervous and apprehensive at first. Julie put my fears at ease as soon as I walked in the door. As a first time mom I didn’t know what to expect with child birth and quite frankly was terrified, with Julies classes I felt prepared for child birth when the time came. The classes allowed me to meet other expectant moms who were going through the same pregnancy ups and downs with me. I was able to talk about my pregnancy and ask questions about pregnancy issues comfortably. Julie is a wealth of knowledge about all things related to pregnancy and childbirth! She is so supportive, positive, and empowering. I feel that it is because of my prenatal yoga classes that my birth was so successful. I only pushed for 20 minutes. Julie really helped us focus on breathing and strengthening our pelvic floor in preparation for labor. The techniques used in class, from positions to breathing, were absolutely beneficial during the birthing process. I could never thank Julie enough for everything that I have learned from her; I tell every expectant mom that I meet to try prenatal yoga with Julie! I miss yoga class and am looking forward to doing postnatal baby yoga with Julie soon!

Yoga with Julie White truly enriched my pre and postnatal experiences. Julie is down to earth, approachable, and funny, while clearly grounded in her yoga practice, pedagogy, and specific knowledge of the human mama's anatomy. She mindfully adjusts each class based on what the women present share about their bodies. Further, she makes herself available outside of class to answer specific questions. Julie creates a safe place to land each week. I started classes with her at 15 weeks pregnant, and attended regularly until I returned to work when my baby was 6 months old. My baby and I will always treasure our time on the mat with Julie.

Julie is an incredible teacher. Throughout my pregnancy, I have been taking her prenatal yoga classes and have enjoyed the benefits. Not only do I find a sense of calm and ease in a time of my life where there are so many questions and concerns, I have also found strength and determination. Julia, thank you for the well structured and systematic training. For 50 hours you were able to convey to me a huge amount of information, which, due to proper feeding went quickly and easily handled. Despite the language barrier (my English is not perfect) I knew all the answers to the questions.
Of course, there are many places that I will need to explore on your own, good thing I now know about them. The training was intense, interesting, pleasant and friendly atmosphere. In my Arsenal now have an understanding of the physiology of pregnancy, its emotional component and, more importantly, ways to help pregnant women feel comfortable during pregnancy, prepare for Julia, thank you for the well structured and systematic training. I had a wonderful time during my Pregnancy Teacher Training Course taught by Julie White. The information given during the training is very useful in such aspects as modifications of Yoga asana for pregnant women, physical and psychic changes in pregnant and how to work with it, correct breathing, best poses for rest and recovery and many many others. I recommend this course for  Yoga teachers as well as advanced Yoga students who want to teach and also who want to practice Yoga during their own pregnancy and even for those who want just to be a good support for pregnant women around them.
